Turkey Burgers with Arugula & Quinoa

Ingredients
- Ground free range turkey - 1 lb
- Cooked quinoa - 1 cup
- Chopped arugula - 1 cup
- Diced scallions - 1/2 cup
- Diced roasted garlic 1/4 cup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Dried onion flakes
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, and form into patties. Cook in a skillet brushed with olive oil until browned on both sides. The center should be at least 165 degrees F.
