Ingredients
- Hemp protein
- Avocado
- Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Almond or coconut milk
Instructions
- The amounts of the different ingredients aren’t all that important. Just be sure to add one serving of the Hemp protein powder which is 3 TBSPS. This gives you 15 grams of protein which is awesome!
