Easy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Three large handfuls of fresh spinach (or 1/2 package frozen spinach)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed organic berries or other fresh fruit of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Toss it all in the blender and hit the button!
  • Healthy doesn't get any easier than that!
  • Enjoy!!
