I just read a fascinating article in the Harvard Business Review, and I couldn’t wait to share it with you! It’s about how to increase productivity naturally.

We all know food affects us in many ways. Our food choices dictate in large part our health, our longevity, and how we feel on a daily basis.  In this article, a study published just this month in the British Journal of Health Psychology was discussed; it really drives home how important our food choices are for our mental state and how important they are for our productivity!  Yes, what you eat can actually make you a more productive person!

Here’s one of my favorite sections of the article:

“Within the study, participants reported their food consumption, mood, and behaviors over a period of 13 days. Afterwards, researchers examined the way people’s food choices influenced their daily experiences. Here was their conclusion: The more fruits and vegetables people consumed (up to 7 portions), the happier, more engaged, and more creative they tended to be.”
