When you hear the words “Chia Pudding”, what do you think?
Probably few of you associate the words with something really tasty, but I have a surprise for you today. In just a few minutes, you can make a delicious, refreshing chia pudding that is actually good for you!
Did you know chia seeds help reduce high blood pressure? They do, and that’s just one more great reason to try this quick and easy dessert.
Here’s the video to show you how, and the recipe is in the recipe section on my website, http://ThinStrongHealthy.com[canvakala-video src=”https://youtu.be/FnnS-cshYSs” width=”960″ height=”640″]
Remember you can adjust the xylitol, vanilla and cocoa (if you make it chocolate) to suit your taste! I used the regular black chia seeds, but you can also get white chia seeds if you prefer.
It’s really delicious, and because it’s so easy to make, you’ll want to keep some in the fridge for when your sweet tooth strikes! It happens to all of us…
Let me know that you tried it!
