Thin Strong Healthy
Getting Thin Strong Healthy can be challenging! Maybe you need to lose weight and get in shape. Maybe you’re in shape but need to drop a few pounds, and just maybe you don’t need to lose weight, but you’re in terrible shape!
I am one of those descriptions. My mission is to share how to become Thin Strong Healthy and stay that way by eating right, but it’s more than just about eating right!
I realized that loud and clear last week when I was on vacation with my husband. His idea of vacation is not to relax on the beach and read a book with a cool drink in your hand (my preferred description). It’s more of the mindset that you go as fast as you can to pack as much in as you can. You end up coming back from vacation feeling like you need a vacation from your vacation.
This has been my life for more than 30 years…
I live with some pretty serious chronic back issues, and I go in and out of working out at the gym. I work out, I get strong, something happens and I fall off the exercise wagon. My back gets worse so I go back to the gym, work out, get strong, something happens… you get the idea. It’s kind of my work-out version of yo-yo dieting.
Apparently, I just never learn…until now.
I really don’t like to exercise, but I love the way I feel after I exercise. I love the way I feel when I’m toned and strong, but apparently I don’t love it enough.
This is a long way of saying I share your challenges in getting and staying healthy. It’s a multi-layered effort and not for the faint of heart.
That said, I’m putting together a guide for you to follow to get Thin Strong Healthy by the end of the year. Yes…you can do it! I’m in there with you. I would never ask you to do anything I’m not willing to do!
