Salmon Burgers

Yield: 4

Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can of wild salmon
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ can beans (I use a chili bean combo)
  • ½ c chopped spinach
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tsp mustard (I use mustard with horseradish in it)
  • Spices to taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried onion flakes

Instructions

  • Saute mushrooms and onions
  • In a large bowl, rough mash the beans and add the mushrooms and onions and the salmon
  • Mix well and add the spices
  • Add the whisked egg, and mix well
  • Make into patties and brown in a skillet with olive oil
  • Makes 4 burgers
  • Delicious!
