Salmon Burgers- Quick and Delicious!

Ingredients
- 6 oz. can of wild salmon
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- ½ can beans (I use a chili bean combo)
- ½ c chopped spinach
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 tsp mustard (I use mustard with horseradish in it)
- Spices to taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried onion flakes
Instructions
- Saute mushrooms and onions
- In a large bowl, rough mash the beans and add the mushrooms and onions and the salmon
- Mix well and add the spices
- Add the whisked egg, and mix well
- Make into patties and brown in a skillet with olive oil
- Makes 4 burgers
- Delicious!
