Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 lemon squeezed
- carbonated water
- fresh mint
- organic apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Put vanilla and squeezed lemon pieces in an 8 oz glass
- Fill with carbonated water
- Add a sprig of mint if desired
- For an extra healthy drink you can add Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to taste. It's so good for you! Begin with a tsp and work your way up to 1 - 2 tablespoons.
