Quinoa with pizzazz!

Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup veggie broth (or broth of your choice)
- 3/4 cup white wine (not cooking wine...too much salt)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsps garlic powder
- 1 TBSP dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/8 tsp dried pepperoncini (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the mixture just begins to boil
- Cover and reduce heat to simmer for about 15 minutes until quinoa is tender but still chewy
