Sauce for Veggies, Eggs and Fish

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick organic butter
- 1 rounded tbsp quinoa flour
- 1/4 - 1/3 c white wine
- Organic vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp dill
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Organic white pepper to taste
- Anchovies (optional) - 1/2 tin, chopped or not (they will just melt...you won't know they'e there, but they add tremendous flavor
Instructions
- Melt butter in a sauce pan.
- Add quinoa flour and whisk together
- Add white wine and wisk
- Add spices and seeds
- Add veggie broth slowly and let cook to thicken
- Serve over veggies like cauliflower or broccoli, over eggs or over white fish.
