Quick Breakfast Frittata
I decided to share with you how I make a delicious, easy, quick breakfast frittata without having to start from scratch. This happened because one of my coaching clients told me I need to share more of myself with all of you; that is, more of what I eat to be healthy. What kind of meals helped me lose the weight and the chronic depression that plagued me for years is what she wanted to know. She also wanted to see how I make the meals.
It’s hard for me to say “no” to my coaching clients and even harder to say “no” to this particular one, so here is the video of what I made for breakfast.
There is a follow-up video that I’ll post tomorrow about what else I had with the main dish to make it a satisfying, healthy start to my morning!
