Super Smoothie!

Ingredients
- Add to blender:
- 4 tbsps protein powder
- 1 ½ c coconut milk
- Fill with water 3 inches from the top
- Kale and/or spinach
- Celery
- Mushroom
- 1 large Strawberry
- Blueberry
- ½ ripe pear
- Ginger
- Lemon rind about 1 inch square
- Flax meal
- Hemp hearts
- Allspice
- Cinnamon
- Chia seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Add some crushed ice and continue blending
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Avocado 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Add ingredients in your blender.
- Remember, you don’t have to add all ingredients. You can go simpler if you want or eliminate one or more ingredients if you don’t care for them. Try to keep the greens in though. We need all those phytonutrients!
