Chocolate Pecan Turtles

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped 70% chocolate
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
- In a skillet, slowly dry toast the raw pecans over medium heat being careful not to burn them.
- Place muffin papers in a muffin tin.
- When the chocolate is melted, spoon a small amount in each muffin paper.
- Add a few pecans to the top of the chocolate and top with more chocolate.
- You can make these as small or as large as you wish.
- Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

My Georgia grandmother use to send us a big box of pecans every year for Christmas and I love pecans and using them in recipes too.
