What about losing weight and Hara Hachi Bu?
You need to know what I know…I don’t say that to be arrogant. I say it because I desperately want to help so many people. First of all, I don’t like to talk about losing weight. Losing is associated with finding. Too many of us find the weight we lose and then often find even more of that weight. I want to help you “release” your unwanted weight so it’s gone…so you know how to live and to eat so you don’t find it again! Hara Hachi Bu. What does that mean, and how can it help?
Hara Hachi Bu is a wonderful way of eating that is the key to weight loss, improved health and well being and so much more. It is practiced by the Okinawan people of Japan. Okinawa is an island in Japan where some of the longest living people have been found to exist. Not just exist though; they thrive…living to be 100 years old or more. They look 20 or 30 years younger, they are still active, many are still vital and work. How do they do it?
