If I were to tell you drinking a glass of warm lemon water first thing in the morning was really, really good for you, would you do it?
Not kidding here…if you drink a glass of warm water with lemon, it can help rid your body of the toxins we are all exposed to on a daily basis. Our drinking water, our food, our shampoos and soaps, even the air we breathe all have chemicals, pesticides, hormones, and other undesirable components that can have harmful effects on our bodies.
