My name is Cheryl Major, and I teach people just like you how to improve their health and well-being by changing how they eat. My own personal story is a by-accident victory over depression, and along the way, I lost 20 pounds without dieting.
It began when my husband had been experiencing terrible side effects from the statins he had been on for years. We decided to change how we ate in an effort to lower his LDL cholesterol, raise his HDL cholesterol and lower his blood glucose levels.
About six months after we changed our diet, we noticed that I wasn’t depressed anymore. I had struggled with depression and had been on and off anti-depressants for decades. Very soon, all that changed in a wonderful way.
My mission is to share our discovery which is also a great way to lose weight without dieting! I believe dieting screams deprivation and misery. You don’t need to diet to lose weight.
I’ve made it my mission to share my journey with you so that you can have the same success as I’ve experienced.
