Easy Smoothie Recipe
- Three large handfuls of fresh spinach (or 1/2 package frozen spinach)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 cups coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed organic berries or other fresh fruit of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Toss it all in the blender and hit the button!
- Healthy doesn't get any easier than that!
