  1. Hi Cheryl,

    What do you think about a detox tea? I use some for the liver as I like to drink wine sometimes and was wondering if this is helpful.

    • Hi Kit,

      Detox teas are good as is drinking warm lemon water with a tiny bit of Himalayan salt in it. Also, get some activated charcoal caps and take one about a half hour before drinking alcohol or going out to eat (when you really can’t be sure what you’re consuming…).

    • I think detox teas are great. I also read a great post about taking activated charcoal before going out to eat or having a drink.
