Healthy, Delicious Breakfast Frittata
Putting a healthy delicious breakfast frittata together with a few other items will give you a great start to your day, and yesterday I posted a video showing you how to make a terrific breakfast frittata. Today I want to share with you another video I’ve put together to show you what I include along with the frittata to create a delicious, healthy breakfast that is easy to make and that you will love!
You can use different fruits, and I strongly recommend fresh whole fruit instead of fruit juice which is all sugar and goes right to fat if the glucose is not used immediately. Another tip, if you’re eating berries, it’s important to eat organic berries…especially strawberries.
