Apple Cider Vinegar
These days you hear a lot about the benefits of using apple cider vinegar whether it’s as a diluted drink or used in salad dressing.
A friend sent me an interesting article I thought you would enjoy. I can’t say the author’s experience jives with mine as I am a big fan of apple cider vinegar!
In the article she wrote, ”Maybe I drank it too fast, but after each glass of ACV-infused water, I felt like I’d just eaten something gone bad… I’m not making the ACV-water blend part of my daily routine. Instead, I’ll be more likely to use it periodically to quell a Krispy Kreme craving…”

This is the exact opposite of my experience! I have taken apple cider vinegar in water to settle a queasy stomach with great results. The fact that she even mentioned Krispy Kreme donuts makes me wonder if she eats widely and perhaps not very wisely; maybe that may have affected her experience.

Remember, you must have raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the mother in it. And, if you don’t know what I mean by “the mother”, you should definitely read their post!
Nearly everyday I enjoy a glass of water with 1-2 tsps of Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, the juice of 1/4 lemon and 2 TBSPS of organic tart cherry juice. It’s really good!
